Announcement on Change in Scheduled Listing Date
Despite the Listing Date (First Day of Share Trading) and Listing Ceremony of 6th Listed Company, Ever Flow River Group Public Co., Ltd. (EFR) were announced to be held on 20th March 2020, it is now needed to follow that President Office, in line with the announcement of World Health Organization on 13th March 2020, instructed that any events must be postponed until 30th April 2020, and not to gather in crowd or assemble in order to avoid infection of COVID-19 and to make precautions by complying and taking special care.

As such, the Listing Date (First Day of Share Trading) and Listing Ceremony of EFR would be held only after 30th April 2020 and postponed until May and the Base Price and Listing Date will be timely published to investors in accordance with the conditions of instructions by government.
