1) Stamp Duty

In case of buyers, the buyers have to pay stamp duty 0.1% on the purchased amount for transfer of ownership.

2) Capital Gain Tax (illustration shown are not confirmed yet)

For any profit realized from the sale, exchange or transfer of any capital assets, 10.0% of capital gain tax would be imposed on the profit.
